Allow players to play music discs without a jukebox with something like https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/jukebox-music-plugin.40580
I think non-rank players should need the disc in inventory to play
Rank players should be able to pick from a virtual library
Each rank should be able to pick up a number of disc to play, save playlists & get cmds
Non 1 disc (in inventory, no repeat)
Hero 3 discs, 1 playlist, no repeat & no shuffle
Ultra 6 discs, 2 playlists, shuffle & repeat
Titan 9 discs, 4 playlists
Elite 12 discs, 6 playlists & add custom songs
Pro same as Elite + able play to other players around them as if they are a jukebox playing the disc
